Works were carried out today on and around water meters. The quality of the work is sub standard leaving the pavements looking worse than before and trip hazards as indicated outside 15 and 17 Clapcot way

High way was tarmaced today 2.30-3:00 o'clock today on clapcot way Wallingford as the high way people was putting the tar down they did not wait for tar to dry and people who live down clapcot way did know about this but not time and people have been walking on the wet tar and now it's really bad and uneven . Needs redoing i have added picture of the way it is.
