Silt traps protecting bridge need to be emptied

Large gully sucker has not been for years, as a result of which headroom under bridge is restricted by rubble washed in, leading to stream capacity becoming inadequate to carry heavy rain under road. Many tons of rubble & silt need to be removed both from under bridge and in silt traps
