Overgrown hedge on the sideroad

I appreciate this has already been raised by neighbours but it has been 'under investigation' for over 4 months now. The hedge between Oxford Road and the side road is heavily overgrown and so cars often cannot get down the road easily. The hedge has been cut back on the Oxford Road side but not on the top or other side for a number of years
