Removal of Bollards

Second time sending as not sure if both photo's showed on the first email sent.
When the new estate adjacent to our property was built bollards were installed to prevent traffic volume and to separate the new estate from our road Swinbrook, the bollards have recently been removed as incorrect ones were placed and emergency services were unable to gain access, my question is are new correct bollards going to be installed or will there be speed humps? Not having nothing at all affects us greatly as we are at the bottom of Swinbrook road and our house is right on the cusp of the new estate (please see attached photo's) it is an accident waiting to happen as the speed limits are totally ignored

The collapsible bollards should have been reinstated on Friday. They were removed temporarily due to incidents with the ambulance service, we have contacted them. Additional signage is to be erected to reduce issues with vehicles trying to access the development via Swinbrook Road in the future.

24/09/2018 Good Evening,
Just to inform you that as yet no collapsible bollards have been reinstated so the problem most certainly has not been fixed! I am slightly confused, as I understand it from your previous update there is going to be new bollards reinstated are you able confirm that this is indeed the case?
Kind Regards

I can confirm that the bollards will be reinstated. Ryan Chapman at David Wilson Homes is arranging for these works to be completed.

25/09/2018 Good Evening,
Thank you for your previous update.
Just to update re bollards, these were reinstated this morning then removed this afternoon as again incorrect ones were put in, the workmen didn't have much info as to when or if new ones would be reinstated, so problem not fixed we are back to square one! I gather from another resident that there is to be a meeting to discuss the situation, can you please keep me informed as no one seems knows what's happening!!
Kind Regards

Our Site Inspector has informed us this morning that David Wilson Homes had to remove the bollards as they arrived with the incorrect locks. They should be locks with keys, but they arrived with combination locks. The bollards will be reinstated once the correct locks have arrived.
Kind regards

The meeting will be held on the 11th October 6pm at the WI Hall in Caterton. Unsure why a meeting is required once the correct bollards are installed, as per agreed planning. Posted from a local resident!
