  • Thank you for your report. I have visited the site pinpointed, see photo and can't find the problem you refer to. Would you be able to provide a bit more information to enable me to find the correct location on my site visit For example a house number/property name and preferably a photo.

  • It is the alleyway/footpath that runs from Eynsham Road to Cumnor Hill. The entrance from the Eynsham Road end is ocated opposite Tilbury Lane,

  • Thank you for your enquiry. After visiting the site pinpointed. I have requested a letter be sent to 11 Eynsham Road, Botley. asking them to cut back their section of vegetation, overhanging the footway, within 28 days of receipt. I also spoke to the foreman of the building site at 12 Cumnor Hill and he is going to get a landscape contractor to cut back his section. The rest of the vegetation is growing from our footpath verge, so the minor civils team will need to cut this back.
