At least two street lights in Graham Road - numbers 2 and 3 not working for a second night in a row

Second night in a row completely dark in Graham Road as at least two street lights not coming on.
Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.
Many thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry for the inconvenience caused. Faults have been raised for cols 2 and 3 to get these rectified.

Any idea when we will get this problem looked at please? The lights still weren’t working last night. thanks.

I can confirm this was looked at last week, sadly the issue lies with the service cable feeding the columns. The cable service is owned by SSE and we have passed the issue on to them to rectify , they will attend as soon as they can to rectify but sadly timescales will land with them, apologies for the inconvenience of this outage.

Please can you chase the electricity board as there has been no sign of them and the lights are still not working. With winter coming it’s dark more of the time now. Thank you.
