Light not working
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 18:19, Mon 3 September 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
The street light in front of the Waynflete Building (corner nearest main entrance to building, by pillar), has not worked for many months. This part of the road does need good illumination owing to the dangers of the traffic and cyclists interacting approaching the roundabout. Please fix asap

Still not fixed, leaves a dark approach for cyclists coming onto the roundabout and makes students entering building feel less safe.
Please chase.

This light is still not working, 4.5 months on. We have recently had concerns from our students in the Waynflete Building (against which is stands) that the main entrance is dark as a result of this light being out and because the area is sometimes occupied by vagrants they feel less secure than if it were lit. Please get it working again.

OUr contractors did attend on the 10 Jan and advised the unit was repaired, however due to the information you have provided we have requested our contractor to re-attend and resolve the issue. I am sorry for the length of time this unit has been out of light for.
