Damage by road works and tarmac
Reported anonymously at 12:00, Sun 26 August 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
Following the overnight resurfacing of Denchworth Road on Thursday night (23rd) tarmac was dumped on the entrance to Belmont road and footpath . This has hardened and now caused vehicles to go over bumps. Plus where the workers parked their heavy vehicles they have caused serious damage to the entrance to Belmont road and footpath. This is dangerous for pedestrians as it is now a serious trip hazard. Beside all this it now looks a terrible mess.

This Road surface is dangerous for Wheelchair and Electric Scooter Riders and is also aTrip Hazard. I fear that someone will be injured unless this Road Surface is repaired. This is a very busy public thoroughfare and needs urgent attention. This road surface has detioriorated since the recent Resurfacing on Denchworth Road. I drive up and down this section of road daily and I am a resident.
