Kerbstone loose in highway

Granite sets used for kerbing are loose and lying in highway. Evidence of recent and past sets lying in vicinity are attached. Event could re-occur anytime. My vehicle was made inoperable by the front left vehicle tyre failing due to consequential damage beyond repair at 11:45 am 26/07/2018 whilst proceeding eastwards and normally on Foxcombe Road. Cost to replace in region of £200.
