Broken and unsafe fence alongside path from school to Willow Walk.
Reported anonymously at 10:57, Fri 13 July 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 3 minutes later
The majority of the fencing alongside the path next to North Hinksey Primary School is disintegrating. Most of the posts are rotten at the bottom which makes the fence very wobbly. It is liable to break with the potential for somebody to fall down into the road if they are leaning on it. The problem has worsened in the last couple of weeks.
