Damage and holes at edge of footpath by stream opposite toilets

The path is crumbling away close to the stream. On Tuesday 3rd at approx 5.00pm I was walking on the section of path opposite the toilets when my left foot went off the broken edge of the footpath as a result I have broken my 5th Metatarsal.

Thank you for your report. Would you be able to provide a bit more information to enable me to find the correct location on my site visit For example a house number/property name. You have put it is opposite the public toilets but I was unable to locate where this defect is.
