Dangerous intersection with 2 small circles in 1 intersection.

There are 2 small traffic circles at the intersection where Brashfield Road and Churchill Road meet Buckingham Road. This intersection is becoming hazardous, as many drivers don't yield to the right if they are on Buckingham Road entering the circle at high speeds. There is constant hooting, as cars already inside the circle slam on their brakes to avoid being hit by cars not yielding or braking in time. Please could someone spend some time observing this intersection and see what can be done to make it a safer intersection for everyone? Perhaps some speed bumps on Buckingham Road just before you enter the circle, or 1 large circle instead of 2 small ones. Living nearby, I am able to hear and see just how many cars narrowly avoid being hit. Last week my husband and I heard a minor accident as one car drove into the back of another car that had braked too quickly.
