Constant, chronic obstruction of pavement.

Reported by Deborah Glass-Woodin at 18:15, Thursday 12 July 2018

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

This is a repeat offender, as you can see, from 22 Marlborough Rd. I have tried polite notes, angry notes, Council 'You are causing an illegal obstruction' notices, to no avail. It impedes wheelchair users that live on and near this road, parents with pushchairs, the walking bus to St Ebbes School... This behaviour occurs daily. And even when there are spaces nearby. They have now gone abroad for the summer in this van (the van is their third vehicle, 'un-permitted' and usually parked south of Hinksey Park.) I intend to continue to notify you of this behaviour, if and when it picks up again after the school holidays. So glad this site exists. Wish I'd looked sooner...
