  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publically maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Town Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 250 340 Many thanks for your enquiry.
