  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publically maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the District Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 227 001

    Many thanks for your enquiry.

State changed to: not the council's responsibility

  • Good morning, CDC have advised they do not look after this area and will be contacting you directly to confirm this. Please arrange for the trees to be cut back ASAP, they are causing a hazard to anyone using the footpath.
