Overhanging tree on footpath used by school children.

Overhanging tree over footpath on Holland Road adjacent to former Police House on corner of Sellwood Road. Path used by school children walking to school and local residents walking to local services. Tree is of a species which has large spikes on branches so potentially nasty if someone brushed past. Average height adult has to duck to get under overhanging branches.
