Long pothole across junction for both east and west bound traffic.

Junction A4095 from Bunkers Hills onto A4260 Banbury/Kidlington Road. I cycle to Oxford Airport every day for work via this junction. This pothole across the entire width of the junction presents a considerable issue in both east and west directions especially when it's busy as not only do you have to deal with the traffic from all directions (often at speed) but then negotiate the pothole without coming off the bike often with a vehicle by your side/behind (as they don't wait) and whilst turning. You generally have to cross the pothole at speed, especially if heading towards Bunkers Hills to clear traffic on the southbound A4260 towards Kidlington.
