Yellow lines have faded by the driveway of Newbarn close chinnor rd

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 21:29, Wednesday 11 July 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

People keep parking on the faded lines and it actually makes in hard to enter Newbarn close drive way and getting out on to the main rd . It's very dangerous because you can't see round the parked cars to get on the road. I have had a few near misses because I can't see what vehicles are coming down the road.

  • Please can you provide an update on whether the double and white lines will be re-painted along Chinnor Road B4445? This is a busy narrow road, I feel that if the lines are not re-painted then cars will continue to park in inappropriate locations which will lead to a road traffic collision

  • Please could you tell us when the yellow lines are going to be done on the chinnor road . As people previously said before it has become very dangerous as it is a narrow road , and it’s hard for people to get out of there drive ways . Park street has just been re surface and had its yellow lines done . The chinnor road is just as bad and needs to be done .
