Tree overgrown covering footpath

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 16:19, Wednesday 11 July 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Corner of Dexter Close and Valley Road. The tree over hanging the footpath you can't pass it without having to walk on the road or cross the road and then back again, anybody with a pushchair or wheelchair cannot pass it staying on the foot path. It has been like this for months before the winter which ment you would get wet if it had been raining and you tried to stay on the path.
