Outside Pablo lounge opposite NatWest bank there is a defibrillator by the cycle rack request to get keep clear painted as cyclists keep blocking access to it

Dear Sir or madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the vehicle photo I have uploaded has illegally parked on bath street for over 30 minutes. RJ12 HVK BMW 1 series grey colour. He or she was obstructive to road users to go in and out. Please take relevant action as necessary.

The vehicles parked on the yellow lines/footway in Bath Street are committing an offence, the enforcement of this falls under the remit of Thames Valley Police. The area opposite Nat West bank is not public highway so parking issues would be enforced by the owners of the road.
