Drain is blocked.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a leak, Thames water are aware, but as the drain is blocked the water is stagnating on the road causing a green and slimed mess.

The drain is situated outside numbers 25/27 Horton Avenue.
