Lights not working in underpass and dangerous cyclists

Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 22:04, Sun 24 June 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Half of the lights are not working in the underpass between Edgecombe road and north Way. It’s also very dangerous when walking through with my baby as cyclists do not obey the dismount signs and sometimes fly down at such a speed leading to near misses. This underpass at least needs to be fitted with a mirror so as a pedestrian you can see whether a cyclist is coming. Noise from traffic on the roundabout means you often cannot hear whether a cyclist is coming. Also one of the signs for cyclists to dismount is hidden within the bushes. The current situation is an accident waiting to happen.
