Cycle track needed Beresford Place
Reported in the Highway Schemes category by Hazel Dawe at 11:50, Tue 12 June 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
The footpath link between Beresford Place and William Morris Close could fairly easily be converted into a shared use cyclists and pedestrians track at the Beresford Place end and two separate pedestrian/ cycle lanes for the rest of the footpath. This would allow cyclists to avoid the dangerous right turn into Crescent Road from Hollow Way. It would also improve cycle access to Tyndale Community School.

For a so-called Cycling City, Oxford is very slow to do anything about improving cycling infrastructure, even when it is low cost easy wins.
