Further to previous communication about the Tilia x Europea tree outside my property.
I wanted to inform you that I intend to prune-off the branches encroaching my boundaries seven days from now. I’ll keep the removed detritus for 14 days should you wish to reclaim the county council’s property.
Please inform me of any objection in the next seven days.
Witness this my hand,

Having visited the site, there is a semi mature Pyrus species tree imideately outside no.3 boxhedge road west. We are happy for you to cut this tree back to the point at which it crosses your boundary only, as is your common law right. We have visited site and photographed the tree in it's current state and will be attending site later on to look at the works that have been carried out to ensure the works haven't exceeded this remit.
Many Thanks for your enquiry.
