The light bulb of an old-fashioned, square-lantern black-painted lamp-post is ON continuously night and day for at least the past 5 month. It is on the N side near the top of the W portion of Tree Lane that has vehicle access via Church Way, opposite 22 Tree Lane, OX4 4EY. Received email 17 May i8 ref 1225664 saying it is fixed. It is not. Please repair it.
