Blocked gullys

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
One gully is completely and issuing a stream,other pots over this length of road are full and will shortly have a similar fate accelerating the pothole scenario. Some flooding occurred in the overnight storms when the watercourse still had capacity.

Not so I just walked around and inspected and the gullys ( some of which have been white spotted and others not )are all full to the outlets with no evidence of emptying!

I'm wondering if the location plan is incorrect. Those "full" gullys are between the High street and Priory road junctions Lyneham
