No.1 Marlborough Avenue, have dug up verge to front of property and currently have barriers partially blocking footway.

Yes this is still an issue, over the bank holiday weekend the householder has block paved a parking area which extends out to include what was highway verge.

Thank you for your report, I have taken action to speak to the property owner and promised to top soil and re seed the grass verge.

There is no change on site, poor tarmac reinstatement and block paving drive way still extends over highway boundary.
