Street lamp still not working

I reported that a street lamp was not working on this site on 27 Apr 18. Today, 11 May, I received an email indicating that “the issue” had been addressed. Regrettably the lamp is still not working. It is street lamp number 010 on Lower Rd Chinnor OX39 4DU. South side of road, between High St and Springfield Gdns junctions.

It Is almost 3 weeks since this light failed and two weeks since I reported it. A Significant stretch of Lower Road is in darkness which poses risks for road users, particularly pedestrians. Please arrange to have this repaired promptly.
