On 22 January 2018, I reported a blocked roadside drain/gully and the report was given a reference of 824916. On looking at Actions taken the report appears to have been 'Closed.'
On 3 May 2018, and in the absence of any action to rectify the issue, I made a fresh report, which was given a reference of 853784.
On 7 May 2018, you reported that the issue was under 'Investigation.' The only action I can see that has been taken is red paint around the offending drain. The red paint has all but faded away.
On 12 June 2018, you advised that this was a duplicated and you very conveniently closed the old report, suggesting the issue was first raised on 3 May 2018 and moving the goal post some way further down the road towards being resolved. We are currently at risk to flooding whenever there is a heavy storm, and I would appreciate urgent action to rectify the issue originally reported way back in January please.
