Streetlight 41 still not fixed after more than 1 year, despite OCC claiming it was done and closing previous call

Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 10:27, Thu 26 April 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

This was reported in march 2017 when a simple job of replacing the top cover was all that was needed. Because you failed to deal with it (preferring instead just to close the call to get it off your books - yes we know the tricks you pull!), the complete light fitting has been exposed to the weather for more that a year, so now its going to cost you much more to do your job!!! (as though you care anyway)

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.
