I telephoned customer services to report the above issue at 3.25pm on 25th of April. I spoke with Paul who took all the details he said he would report it as urgent. It is now 8.35 on the 26th. The post remains dangerous especially as primary school children and other pedestrians are passing by. There is potential damage to water electricity and telecoms. The post is leaning over my drive towards my house and has damaged the paving. We have information about the vehicle involved. This needs immediate attention

  • Good morning Ref: 343738 Thank you for your report, I can only apologise that this unit was not rang through to our contractors when reported yesterday afternoon, I have spoken to our contact centre regarding this issue. I have informed our contractor of the issue this morning and they will attend site within 3 hours to make safe (this will probably be cutting the column down). Kind regards - Karen
