Kerb stone and pavement broken and collapsing

The kerb stone has collapsed and is causing the pavement to also collapse. This has been there for many months and is getting worse rapidly. It is a hazard for both motorists and pedestrians,

I have seen this and it is not the repair I asked for in this location (this could be a permanent fix in some areas). I have already chased this up and was told on 26 June that it would be re-done as I originally requested. I have now chased this up again today (I was away last week) and asked the Supervisor to get this repaired as originally requested asap.
