Street light outside house number 10 is too bright. Customer would like the shield to be put around it to dim it a little bit.

  • Many thanks for your email and sorry for the issues the lighting is causing. We have shields in the manufacturing process for this lantern so as soon as we get them this end we will fit one on the rear of the bowl. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

  • I reported this issue back in March and we are still being effected by the light. The last update in April was that the covers were being manufactured but it still hasn't been sorted. Can you please explain why this hasn't been done yet? Many thanks, Vicky.

  • Thank you for your report, I apologise for the delay in getting this issue resolved but unfortunately the shields took a much longer manufacturing time than anticipated. These have now arrived in stock and an order is on the system for one of these to be fitted on the unit by your property. Kind regards

  • Thanks for the update but can you please let me know when it will be done as the last message was a month ago and we are still waiting! If we're not careful they will go out of stock again!!!! Is there anything that cam be done to help speed this along? Many thanks, Vicky.
