  • Thank you for your report. After phoning BT Openreach, they sent an engineer out, to investigate, yesterday, and they say its not theirs. Still investigating.

  • Thank you for your report. I have reported the unmarked manhole covers to Thames Water online to send out an engineer.

  • Thank you for your report, Thames water investigated this issue and informed me that this manhole cover is linked to the gully drains and, therefore, is the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council.

  • Thank you for your report. This job has been reported as also marked up for Thames Water, by the crew who attended the site. They said it's being dug up on the 18th July, so the job was closed down.
