Pavement lower than the road.
Reported via Android in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 06:54, Mon 26 March 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The dropped pavement at the pedestrian crossing is lower than the road, so when it rains it leaves a large puddle that has left the area for waiting very muddy. Plus both the drains in the road in front of it are blocked.

Why do I have to stand in a muddy slippery puddle when I press the button on the crossing, after it has rained? The drains are always full, so that contributes to it.

Defects have been raised to check the drainage at the crossing as this seems to be the cause of the problem.
