Damaged storm drain causes flooding across drive and when frozen is hazard

Constant flooding to the front drive of 8 quarry road for over 5 year period, investigated recently by thames water as believed to be a leaking water main but now reported as a collapsed storm drain, excavation currently left open waiting for council to respond and correct the damaged storm drain still no response from council to me or to thames water

  • Thames water dug hold discovered its not their asset it was a council storm drain are now in the process of back filling and leaving as council have not responded to thames water for over 3 weeks! you should be ashamed!!!

  • How have you closed this you drove past today and no works have been carried out, I was stood outside the house saw you literally drive by and took no action! we have been in a dry spell so no storm water to run out of the broken pipe! did you expect thames water to leave the hole open for 3 months before you actually drove past? what about when winter comes and the road outside my house turns to an ice rink again when now is the perfect time to carry out a repair so prevent someone getting hurt?
