Cycle route is unmarked

Reported in the Highway Schemes category anonymously at 16:22, Wed 21 March 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

The cycle path next to Speedwell Street (the brick region to the north of the carriageway) is part of National Cycle Route 5. This used to be marked with bicycle signs, until the area was dug up as part of the Westgate works, over a year ago. The cycle markings have never been replaced, and it now looks like part of the pavement.

  • This section of the cycle route is also missing any tactile pavement that would allow blind people to navigate it safely.
