Both sides of the road collapsing
Reported in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 19:04, Tue 20 February 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
Both sides of the carriageway are collapsing/subsiding and cannot be avoided without traversing into the opposite carriageway; heading in the NW direction, the collapse is unsighted until the last minute. It’s been like this for months but is getting worse, compounded by the multiple daily trips of what appears to be heavy gravel trucks that now regularly use this route to and from the turning opposite to the Nike turn-off on the B4027

The B4027 is getting worse everyday. The pothole/collapse of the road will cause a fatal accident if not mended. The lorries that drive along this road drive far too fast without proper lights working. They drive across the carriageway squashing other drivers into the now not there side of the road. I have been driving this road for ten years and have never known it to be so dangerous - mud, potholes and collapse of the carriageway.
