This is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council but I believe it to be Oxford City Council whom you would need to report it to direct
State changed to: not the council's responsibility

Well excuse me, but the city council is the one who referred it to you, see the screenshot attached. And while you're sending this back and forth, people keep driving along Merton street causing damage to the ancient cobbles there.

They have advised this belongs to Oriel College so this is who you would need to contact. Sorry

The information from the county council here is not correct. This bollard are the responsibility of the county council, not Oriel College. As with so many issues on fixmystreet, this is just getting bounced around without anyone taking action. I suggest writing directly to your county councillor, and also to Sobia Afridi who is the county councillor responsible for Oriel Sq.

The Turl St bollard is currently down due to problems with the CCTV system onsite. Investigation works into any necessary repairs/bollard reinstatement continue but at the moment we cannot suggest a date that the system will be working.
