Street light still not replaced (in over a year) after being hot by a car.

Not fixed after a year is a disgrace... This light needs replacing.. It was put there for a reason..

We are aware there is a new column required at this location, Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period which happened in the instance to make it safe. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Unfortunately as we do not have a term time contract at the current time we are making safe which was done with this unit. This unit will be replaced when we are able and have the resources to do so. Sorry
