The streetlight by the side of 8 faulder avenue is not working (numbered 20) there are two further street lights heading on the path by hazel copse that are broken, at night time it is incredibly dark and scary when walking alone

Ref: 341919 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

We are aware of faults at this location, All general faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The light is not fixed, the others around it have been fixed but number 20 which is directly on the side of 8 faulder avenue is still unserviceable
