Many thanks for the email, unfortunately the fault here is a cable fault on SSE's cable network, they own the cables and will be programming repairing the issue, sorry we cant help further, we will contact SSE again to ensure they understand the importance that this is rectified Many thanks

This is completely unsatisfactory. These lights have been out of order since before Christmas. Where is your service level agreement with SSE? Please escalate as your arrangements should ensure these are fixed in a timely manner of days rather than months. Totally unacceptable by both OCC and SSE - please escalate as URGENT

Ref: 341795 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
