2 street lights are not working in the car park in West St Helen Street since December 2017 and are still broken in january 2018. I was at the scene of a serious fall by an elderly lady in December who tripped over the curb in the dark at night

2 streetlights have been broken in the car park in West St Helen St since December 2017 are still broken in January 2018. In December 2017 I was at the scene when an elderly lady had a severe fall tripping over a curb in the dark under a broken street light
