Request to make Nelson Street, Thame Residents parking only

I am a resident of Nelson St in Thame and have been since 2008, I want to enquire about how I can request to make Nelson St a ‘residents parking permit only’ street please can you advise the process and who contact thank you.

With ongoing developments on Elms Park, Windmill Road and the increase ‘workers of Thame’ parking all day for free on our residential street it has become evident that the residents are very much limited on the ability to park outside or even near our properties. Any advice / guidance you could provide would be much appreciate, I look forward to your reply
