Resident of Meadow Place isn't parking in layby given, and is parking opposite. The parking is causing difficulty for other residents as it is parked near a junction/bend.

Neighbour doesn't park in layby, and parks opposite this. This has caused an accident as someone was driving on the icy road, tried to swerve the car that was parked opposite the layby and caused an accident. Could yellow lines be placed opposite the layby in order to prevent any further accidents?

  • I have attached a photo of the car parked in the road this morning. It is parked on the road opposite the lay-by in front of the gardens of 6 and 7 Meadow Place in Churchill. It also prevents the residents of 8 Meadow Place, who have a driveway, from turning right out of their driveway and driving uphill.
