Unfortunately I am unable to advise whom posted the incorrect update as we are aware there is an issue with this unit and it is awaiting a component to come into stock.

Contractors have today attended to the 2 faulty lamps of the reported 4 lamps, leaving those outside of 36 & 38 The Rydes unrepaired! We fail to see why When in the street they did not deal with them? They one outside No 38 at the junction with Rydes Close leaves the the road and pavement unlit and a hazard to pedestrians on an uneven Footpath.

Thank you for your report, unit 18 was attended to and a new lamp fitted, unfortunately I am unsure why they have not attended to number 12 and will request they re-attend both and ensure they are back in light

Ref: 343375 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
