Wall has partly collapsed into path and looks like more of it could come down

Picture added: as the map does not show locations, please note that it's at the junction of Belmont and the footpath, close to the grit bunker.
More of the wall has come down today, and it does look as though the tree which is growing through it is likely to topple.

I originally reported this broken wall on the footpath before Christmas - December 2017 and still nothing done about it. It is dangerous for those who are disabled, elderley, blind or partially sighted or who are mobiliy scooter/wheelchair users. The bricks have been used to smash people windows. How much longer before the whole wall collapses - perhaps on a small child?
