  • The Council appear to believe that this damage was repaired. It has not been fixed. The Council may have been tricked into paying a contractor for repair that was not done. Will someone at the County Council please check whether a payment has been generated for not fixing this problem? AND arrange for the repair to be carried-out.

  • Well done OCC. (Finally) Reported in December 2017. Repaired July 2018.

Posted anonymously at 17:17, Fri 13 July 2018

  • Although someone has repaired this broken kerbstone, it has already failed. The kerbstone has broken in to two pieces and has started to crumble away again. The Kerb still rocks and every time a bin-truck drives over it (every week) it breaks another big bit off. NOTE: The trip hazard is minimal at present BUT when the "new" bit of kerbstone falls out completely (part way out already) (within days) the risk will be significant again.
