Bus stop on Woodstock Road - job not complete
Reported in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 10:09, Wed 6 December 2017
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The newly created Madley Park bus stop waiting area on Woodstock Road, out of Witney towards Woodstock, is not finished. The bus stop sign and its timetable are still attached to the old waiting area, and at present this means that the timetable isn't visible without either climbing over ankle-deep mud or going out into the road. Please move the bus stop sign and its timetable to the correct position so it is visible. Additionally, when it rains the thick bare soil all around the new stop will turn to mud. The soil needs planting to hold it in place.

We will arrange for the existing post to be re-sited to the new hard standing and area around to be re-seeded with grass seed.

The timetable box has been turned around (presumably by the bus company?) so it's facing towards the hard standing. However the bus stop post is in the same place, and the grass has not been re-seeded, so to be able to actually view the timetable one has to wade through calf-deep mud.
