Ref: 340272 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

As Councillor for the area I have received several complaints that street light no.10 outside 99 Fairacres Rd has still not been repaired. Please can this be attended to as soon as possible. Thank you.

Residents have told me that they consider this to be dangerous,as they are unable to see when out with their children. Please address as soon as possible and let me know when this will be. I can then get back to the residents who are very frustrated. This was first reported over a month ago.

Just a thought, as the street lamps were only put in in September, are they not guaranteed by the supplier?

Ref: 339920 Thank you for your report, our contractor has attended site and found this to be a component that requires to be ordered. As soon as this arrives into stock we will be able to attend and repair
